New Communities Partnership (NCP) is an independent national network of 175 immigrant led groups comprising 75 nationalities with offices in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. NCP develops and sustain strategies to increase the economic integration of ethnic minorities. NCP runs EM-Cubate, Ireland`s first ethnic-minority business incubation programme which is aimed at assisting ethnic minority entrepreneurs who wish to start or develop their business.
