Dublin City Enterprise Board was established to provide a local source of assistance for the start-up and expansion of micro-enterprises - those employing less than 10 people. The Enterprise Board offers a wide range of assistance and support programmes available for small business managers. These include financial assistance, management skills development, and business advice, mentoring and information services. The Board offers a number of programmes and initiatives to aid potential businesses to start up, and to help new entrepreneurs on the road to success. Existing businesses that wish to grow or expand can avail of a wide range of workshops and networks for management development.
